most domestic sources only take a few days to deliver. if they have to order what you need, maybe a couple of weeks. but over a month and he's not returning your email.
i say post him. let us know. if he's on another scammer board, just tell us where and give us the info to look it up ourselves. post a link
let him know you'll be posting him as a scammer on all the boards. that will sometimes get a response.
