This is such an overlooked important aspect and often confusing aspect of training. I am spliting 6 m eals a day with 2 being shakes however I would like to hear some different meals that you guys eat and instead of tuna. chicken etcll

Im trying to eat 1 gram of protein per body weight so please discuss this aspect as well thanks

Ok, but how many cals a day u havin? 1g protein sounds low. Also 4 solid meals sounds low
 
Today my diet

(1-2) cocoa, cinnanom, 2 glasses of 1.5% fat milk, 3/4 cup oats, 30 PP [pre/post workout]
(3) 400 butternut squash, 100 g non-fat cheese, orange,
(4) 200g lean steak, 5g EVOO, 15 fish oil, 500 mixed fiberous veggies
(5) 5 scrambled eggs
Some fruit snacks

3000 cals, 254P, 332C, 94F (33/39/28)

I'm not anal about macros - I just have these rules
(1) enough cals;
(2) carbs b/4 and after weights
(3) at least one serve of fat per day, and an average of 20%+ of cals
(4) protein at least 4 times per day
(5) include veggies in at least one meal

I find eating 1g per pound very easy of protein.
