how much vitamin e can be too toxic? i take 800iu a day and I heard that's fine

I take 1000UI,plus those are not even D-Alpha
I didn't know the difference at that time.
Where were we..so yeah..no side effects at all.
Could it be something else that you're taking that causes your stomach problems?
