yesterday was leg day for me. SLDs are a part of my routine. last night my lower back still didn't feel 100% from my last session, but instead of listening to my body, I blasted out my heavy worksets. I usually get some solid DOMS in my lower back, but nothing like what I have now. I couldn't sleep all night, and now I can't even bend a few inches without severe pain in my lower back... like it feels very very tight. So, could this be an injury, or just a major case of DOMS? I just had a hot bath and it helped a bit, hopefully it'll start feeling better soon.
