I SAW a friend in the gym who juices and is really big and cut and he said when he juices he eats everything and anything. Does this make any sense. Some days i think i'm eating right and enough and other days i think i should be eaTING MORE.
while on cycle, generally more is better (chicken, tuna, steak, eggs etc.)...but I don't know about everything. I have a friend who eats tons of pizza and drinks heavily...he is a huge mother fucker. But that does not work for everyone.
