I've been working out a plan for my diet. I am working out six meals a day totalling 1500 calories. I have a diet worked out that it is 45% Protein, Carbs, and 10% Fat. For some reason I feel like I need to increase my Protein closer to 55-60%. What do ya'll think
I was planning to work out (Cardio) first thing in thing in the morning, before my first meal. Then, weights in the evening between the last two. Do you suggest doing a protein shake before or after the evenings workout?
Sample diet:
6 Egg Whites
1/4 Oats
Protein Shake
Tuna
1/2c Brown Rice
Broccoli
Chicken Breast
Baked Potatoe
Salad
Protein Shake
4 oz Top Round
Sweet Potatoe
Spinach
