Diet for Lean Muscle

Also, workout routine currently is Monday Chest and Back, Weds - Legs, Fri -Shoulders Arms. Doing Tues, Thurs, Sat some kind of cardio and core work. I know milk is a great too for building muscle but im somewhat lactose intolerant, even the milk from cereal gives me bad gas....I was doing oatmeal there as well just switched it up to wheaties because I got tired of oatmeal

I'm the same way dude, I never ever drink the stuff. Just makes me bloaty. Listen to Cap,SL, and Andrew they are smarter then 5th graders! I mean mensa quality brains! NO JOKE!
 
Haha good advice, thanks for the tips, eggs are delicious too so no problem choking them down every day. Anyone ever try the organic eggs at walmart in the brownish carton?? Just curious if there would be any benefit to those rather than regular, im going to look for a farmers market though in my local area
 
+1 on the whole egg and the local free range if you can get them. I have a farm literally behind my house. I can just stroll over and buy them at .50 a dozen all day long. I eat 5-6 every morning. Don't get paranoid about the yolk. There are many recent studies showing no link between eggs and cholesterol levels anyway.
