I paid for my order on Feb 9 and today is Feb 28. I messaged them about this 5 days ago but still havent got any reply? Do you guys think they cheated me?
 
oh, the website said 7-21 days. Sorry. How come they arent replying to me tho? This is my 2nd time buying supplements. The first being from NeedToBuildMuscles, they were so fast and quick to responding emails.

Bro it is 100% likely that customs snagged your shit. Because I am the master of customer service Rx has asked me to handle all the forum questions about them and things like this. Send me a pm with your order number and I will contact them and get you a reship easy as that..

Trust me no one ever gets ripped of with rxhealth. Mite take way to damn long and there customer service stinks but no one ever gets ripped off. They reship a few times and if that don't work they will give you a refund. Good people just slow.
 
Today the ticket that I summited 1 week ago was missing. Did they delete the post? The operator also wont speak with me even when they are online!

Yeah me too. It took my order about a month. What I don't understand is why they don't send you a tracking number (or post it up on your account, so you can view it when you log into their website) so that the buyer can see when their order is sent, when it arrives and leaves customs etc. This would relieve the worrying and stress that one gets when they start worrying that they got burnt. The order I received appeared to have a tracking number but the label was so faded that I was not able to make out the number. Anyway, that's just my 2 cents.
