did anyone watch the special on dateline about benny hinn?

Look...
I can assure anyone that my church priest is much more devoted than Benny Hinn, but he will prob never be able to perform miracles...

and haven't you seen specials on this crap? It's all fixed!

Sorry, try to make myself clearer.

Here is a few quotes from the good book I found off the top of my head

While in the end time God's true prophets will perform great miracles there will also be great Satan-empowered "miracles" which will deceive many
New Testament warns vigorously against false teachers who will try to deceive God's people, performing wondrous miracles.

Jer 14:14 Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.

And if you don’t believe in miracles/supernatural I can’t really help you there. I personally would say its ignorance, other compassionate people would use a kinder word, but what can ya do?

huh?

You think he's a false prophet, but you also think he performs miracles?

Thanks for the info ... religion is truly a void in my education.

I don't really subscribed to a formal religion, but I should have a better understanding of scriptures so as to be not ignorant in conversation.

I get what you're saying and don't consider myself ignorant in re to religious matters...in fact, other than my own, I'm also interested in others' religions...

in accordance to this passage, what I guess I was trying to say was that people such as Benny Hinn are false prophets.

I’m not calling you or anyone ignorant in regards to any sort of religion, I hope you didn’t take it that way, I just wish people would open their eyes to that of the supernatural, what we as “humans” don’t or cant understand, and therefore take it as lies or complete BS. I personally don’t understand why people refuse to believe that these things really do occur. Witch craft, the occult, magic, whatever you want to call it.

I guess my point was that there are frauds out there along with the real deal, there are imposters and impersonators, but to be an impersonator, there had to of, or is the real deal out there to imitate. I for one have experienced stuff that can’t be explained rationally or scientifically ect ect. I know there is weird shit out there that most of the population of the world has never experienced before.

I know the bible is true(if you don’t that’s cool whatever) I’ve seen “personally” and known people that have seen human levitation, ESP, demons/ghosts, mind reading, palm reading, psychic sugary ect. In reality, this stuff really happens. One of my good friends knew a girl that was on Benny henn show, she was diagnosed with cancer (by 2 doctors) and had 4 months to live. Went on the show and was cured…no traces of cancer what so ever, doctors or fucking dumbfounded. No one can explain it
