But like I said does anyone have a routine and diet I can use for a reference. I know I'm only 160 and I eat a crazy amount of food. My digestive system is pretty fast and is hard for me to gain weight. Any suggestions on that?

1pm eat a chicken sandwich with mayo on a 8" roll
