Best way to use deca and dianabol to get more mass

My goal is to get more mass and get more strength. I'm 5'7, 172 lb. I've hit a plateau and I would like to get bigger. I'm 40 years old. Do you think that I should go with 300 mg of Deca and 25 mg of dianabol or do you think I should run the dianabol a little higher and raise the Deca up to 400 mg?
 
Do you have a test base brother?

Deca + DBOL is a pretty old school cycle design and for a lot of people it's asking for trouble if you're not confident managing your e2, nutrition and hydration.

If you're after size and strength then playing the sustainability game is the way to go, especially in your 40's. Stay healthy, stay on.
