Dianabol Advice

40-50mg is too much for a first time dbol user
spread your dosages out if you are going to do 20-30mg
read up on some of the newer ways to run pct yours is old, outdated and less effective. research post cycle and unleashed

also you should have an anti e on hand something like formastanzol.


Tom, were you talking to me? If so, then I have already read many many articles on PCT, allbeit every single one was different, but then general opinion is that what I am doing is okay. I previously only used Tamoxifen for my Turinabol cycle but feel the recovery process could have been a little better. I also have many AI and AE on hand.

Yesterday I read over 30 articles from body builders who have run dianabol cycles and I am amazed how different the cycles are. Some people swear by splitting the dosage to keep so-called blood levels stable. But for every articles supporting this, there is another one contradicting it. Many people believe it is not possible to keep the blood levels stable even when splitting the dose. I can believe this because there is a period of 10 hours per day when I am sleeping that no dianabol is ingested. Many people believe it does not make a spot of different taking it in one go, or splitting it up. Even with splitting the dose, it is likely I will forget and end up using an extra one later in the day. Given that nobody actually knows - scientifically speaking - I will split the dose into 2, am and pm, and thats it.
 
i think 2 am and 2 pm is better that 4 am. i think the more you spread it out the better results you will get, the less sides you will have the easier they will be to control.

i just wanted to help point you in a new and different direction w/ pct. i think you should try it at least once but if you are comfortable with what you have chosen go for it.

one of the things you will realize is that everything has been tried a thousand different ways. you need to find the most knowledgeable people and listen to them and try to find the best info that you think will work for you. what works for someone else might not work for you. i think it is very important to research and keep logs and see what improvements you can make down the road.

So what is your recommendation for my PCT?
 
formastanzol, unleashed and post cycle.

and depending on your situation you can add or maintain things like gear, bridge, powerchews, big blast etc etc to help keep and hold onto your gains.

just realize that with dbol especially the higher the dosage you will add a lot of water weight and a lot of strength quickly that you really will not be able to keep. id focus on the longterm gains that you can keep.

I like Judo Tom's PCT ,Having ran 100's of dbol only cycles,i can say the best way i have found is 20mg 1 hr before training ,Having some FormaStanazol to combat bloat or Arimidex.then 10mg afterwards forget trying to stabilize blood levels,it can't be done,Regardless the dosage and how much you split it, you will have the whole night for Blood levels to flucuate.
 


I guess thats a matter of opinion unless you have a genuine reason to say this? Reading his articles he appears to have a lot of in-dept knowledge on the subject.

I wouldnt do a DBOL only cycle. Stack it with some testosterone. Also split the DBOL up if you can
AM/NOON/PM and 45 min before a workout.

Alin, please re-read my original post...

I already know people don't rate oral steroids, especially when they are used as a standalone. I already know the benefits of adding Testosterone E/C into the cycle. I know that a lot of the gains made will be in water weight. But, please try and stick to the question in hand, thanks!
 
The first thing you need to understand is that Bill Roberts is an idiot.

And take it from there.

Agree with this totally. Save your money till you can add something more substantial to your cycle so you don't literally piss it away when you come off.

Well we both worked for the same company so I guess you can say I have a genuine reason.

Roberts is typical of the science nerd who became the new experts in bodybuilding in the 90's. The trouble is, you can know a lot about chemistry and still be an idiot and still give bad advice. His theories are nonsense he pulls out of his ass and then adds a bunch of science babble to sound like he knows what he's talking about.

I think if you want to get a taste for steroids, doing 10-20 mgs of dbol for a few weeks is fine, but trying to make a heavy cycle from just dbol is a bad idea.

Before and after training? I am using dbol in my next cycle for the first time and was thinking I'd brake it up into morning, midday and night time doses. Now I don't know...
