How much dextrose do I put in my post workout drink? I want 60 something for lean mass. Is it 60 carbs, grams, calories, what? It says there's only 4 carbs and grams per 1.5 teaspoon serving. So if I want 60 grams, that's like 15 tsps. Does this sound right? Also, if I do cardio after I hit the weights, do I start downing my post workout drink after the weights, or after the weights and cardio?
