Dextrose making me feel fattyish some advice needed...

So my post workout shake is the following:

50g Optimum Nutrition Whey
20g Dextrose
10g Glutamine

I've never used dextrose before but I notice after drinking this shake post workout I can just feel the sugar from it. From the reading I've done this is a good thing. What do you all think? Should I increase/decrease the amount? Scrap it all together?

So all this talk of using Dextrose post workout is bullshit? Why are there so many conflicting opinions? How am I supposed to know what to do? Now I'm confused even further. I got 3 bags of this shit.

Dextrose is good post work out because it will spike your insulin levels. Another way of doing this is with cinnamon cassia (some type II diabetics use it). I use honey post work out followed by my protein shake.
