So my post workout shake is the following:
50g Optimum Nutrition Whey
20g Dextrose
10g Glutamine
I've never used dextrose before but I notice after drinking this shake post workout I can just feel the sugar from it. From the reading I've done this is a good thing. What do you all think? Should I increase/decrease the amount? Scrap it all together?
