guys ive had the worst month....had a girl i was seeing go to vegas and it got back to me she hooked up w someone, puppy is sick real bad, didnt get a job i want......just seems everything is going wrong for me...especially the past 24 hrs.....i no im not perfect, and i have dont things that havnt been the best, but i feel like this month has been like a payback......i cant get my head out of my ass, i just dont know what to do. i dont mean to bring anyone down but i dont have anyone to talk to right now and i had to vent, i cant keep it in.......ive been crushed so much this month.

take it out in the gym! keep your head up. cruising through the good times is always easy, but its how you handle the bad that determines who the true beasts are.

find something to smile about each day. go to the gym and get a PR. if not then make up for it with a fuckload of flys. get a pump, pumps always make me feel awsome.

take a walk at night, in the dark, hopped up on 2-3 energy drinks, run around some, walk, smile to yourself, think, meditate, kick over trashcans and fucking flex in their garbage messy face. kiss your biceps and then do a forward roll on someones lawn, and then kick another trashcan. go to the richest neighborhood you can find and ding dong ditch them at night, maybe even egg them. not in a depressed way, but smile and think to yourself "im fucking awsome right now".

There's not really anything anyone can say that'll bring you up or any advice that'll fix your situation. but,

1. Fuck her, she isn't worth the time you're spending thinking about her.
2. The right job will come along.
3. Just love that pup and do everything you can for it. It'll be your best friend for his whole life.

Get outside for a walk or something. Kill a homeless person to let off some steam, anything. The only way things are going to take a positive turn is if you make them.

sorry to hear that man....we all go through times like that. no one is immune to a shitty month/spell.
when it rains, it pours...but it always gets better.

far as the girl, fuck her. you don't need that shit in your life. it's never easy being cheated on, but nothing you can do about the past. If she did that she's garbage and you're better off. go out and fuck 5 other girls and your perception will change and you'll get your mind off it.

if i were you, i'd get out of the house as much as possible. spend as much time with friends/fam as possible. you never want to be alone when you're down.....

don't wallow in your problems. you'll probably be down for a couple of days but after that get up and be active. meet more girls, be more active in the job hunt etc. hell, even get pissed (because when you're angry, you take action). being angry is a whole lotter better than being depressed. when you're depressed/sad you take no action and the problems get worse.

I don't want to seem insensitive but this is just really crystal clear to me.

You made a wrong turn somewhere - you're not on the right path for where you should be going during this phase of your life.

Take this down time to make new plans, seek new interests and learn something new and learn something about yourself and where you could be taking your life.

There will always be another girl and another job/career (sadly though a sick puppy is a downer no matter how you look at it.).


So be a good daddy and take care of your pup and be good to yourself.
