G genarr3 Plat Hero Platinum Mar 16, 2003 #2 Sometimes injections are sore, sometimes they go smooth as silk. As far as I know<never used it> T200 is one of the painless ones. You may have move the needle around or something of that nature. 1" in delts is exactly right. Swelling would indicate an infection, not pain.

P Paulos New member Mar 16, 2003 #3 Normal. If you want a fun injection do 1cc of Fina, 1 cc of Sust, and 1cc of EQ into your delt. My shit felt like it was gonna pop for 3 days.
