Deja Vu Drowning??? Or Foul Play???

A couple lost their adopted 3 year old child to drowning in the very same lake where their young daughter and son drown three years ago. They said he wandered off with the family dog and disappeared.

Now you would think that most people would NEVER return to a lake where their children drown. But these did.... the child was an adopted Russian who was carrying unspecified insurance.

The adopted Russian was a boy.

But come on, how many people would return to a place that represents such grief and where they lost BOTH of their children. Not just one, but BOTH children drowned in the EXACT SAME lake.

something is fishy.

Ok, let us forget for one minute that you have lost TWO of your kids to drownings in this SAME lake. Ok, let's just say for scientific sake, that you have no painful memory blocks from these past traumatic events and you can actually bring yourself to come back to this SAME lake. Ok, remember you have a new 3 year old adopted son to REPLACE the two you LOST in this very SAME lake.

Ok, all that taken into consideration, even if they had no other children who drowned in another lake or whatever, would you still allow a 3 year old to "wander off"? I don't think so.

Regardless if foul play was involved ( I think it was) they should be shot in the head for allowing a 3 year old to wander around a lake unattended.

I can see a 3 yr old wandering a bit

At that age it wasn't uncomon for me or my sister who hadn't turned 2 yet to play outside our home

But let me guess... you also kept an eye on her out the window or something right. Never wander away completely out of eye sight. He "wandered" away to a degree that they didn't know he had "fallen in".

Yeah I never had to worry about my sister falling in or anything...We were both pretty cautious as kids...I can't imagine what could be going through these peoples minds
