Just take it slow and give it a few weeks to get back to where you need to be. You'll still look like a beast with all that iron on your back bending the bar anyway.

It's your CNS. Back when I was heavy pulling every 10 days, some sessions my warmup weight would feel stuck to the floor, some sessions I'd smoke a PR. It's just one o f those things, some days the out-of-gym factors will kick your ass no matter how much rest, food and time off you've taken.

and you could have just lost the groove ;)
