I took my first shot last night, t-200 and deca. I'm 30 years old 5'6" and 182 lbs about 8% BF. I've waited a long time. I've been training off and on since high school, but more seriously the last 5 years. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens. Just thought I'd share it with ya.

Thanks bro, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't selling myself short by rushing into juicing. I think that the years that I have put in to training will really help me to maximize the effects. I have some pics in the pics of members section. I will update them as changes happen.
