I am considering starting the DC program. I understand that the rest pause techniques are for more advanced trainers. I've trained with a rest pause method before on such excercises as 20 rep deads and 20 rep squats and was able to recover fine. Would I be able to handle them on this program you think?
Or should I do a cycle of this program without them first?
