sust 250 (500 a week, 2 X 250 Sunday/Thursday) &
Dbol (30mg per day)
Holy crap....5-lbs in 4 days and its not all water if any.
The wife says I look a lot more cut and all my muscles are looking much bigger
Caloric intake is between 4000-7000, lots of meat and chicken
Protein powder = 6 scoops (30 grams/scoop) of protein a day (180)
Purple-K = 2 before work out and 2 after
Vitamins = B12, folic acid, C, D, cod liver oil, glucosamine,multi vitamin, milk thistle, calcium,
Sleeping like a baby 9-10 hrs a night
Only issue so far was the heartburn from the dbol, but I cured that by taking them further apart from each other and with food/protein shake.
Is there anything else I should add?
