Dbol Cycle ..Help

Greetings all,

am 6'1, 140Ibs (skinny sick). first time user of any steroid
i got 100 pink dbol pills from an instructor at my gym,he doesnt know anything about the useage,he is just concerned with making $$

in 2 weeks i have taken about 30 pink pills. i have back pain and headaches like crazy

can someone please guide me through a proper cycle ? how many pills a day ? for how long ?
i wont finish the remaining 70 pills in 2 weeks, when do i retake dbol again,how long do i quit before restarting

i have researched online and know i shouldnt take the pills for more than 4 weeks and that dbol alone is a waste of time. but i have the pills and plan to take them.

your help is kindly appreciated
 
you shouldnt anywhere near close to steroids..all you need to do is eat 6 big meals a day..just fucking eat!! and train!!
diet and training..track your progress and youll be on your way

how do you know that the pills arent fake? $$ hes selling fakes?

am 27, been training for 3 weeks, i dont have internet access (i go to an internet cafe, research will take time and hence cost me alot of $$)...the pills are not fake cos i saw them on google images and i feel stronger at the gym

i will take the pills , i made up my mind. so please just guide me through a proper way to take them
 
Dude if you re really serious about taking the pills take 25mg a day.

If you are open to good advice and people that want to help you make the right decision, then stop taking them. You have been working out for 3 weeks? You need to work out for a couple years at least.

Diet is key. All steroids do is make protein synthesis go up, and making red blood cells go up. You need protein. You will make crazy gains by just taking a lot of protein and training hard.

please do not use the dbols, do a lot of research. You obviously have not if you need to ask about the doseage of a dbol only cycle, with 3 weeks training history. Heres some research for you to save some time.

You need a good diet before you start. You need to know how to train and what to train. If you take steroids for longer than 4 weeks, you are going to get closer to shutting yourself down, meaningyou need to take PCT (post cycle therapy). You take it after the steroid use to restore your testosterone (which gets lowered during your cycle as a part of homeostasis) and reducing estrogen (increases as the test you take converts into estrogen).

On cycle you need to eat lots of protein whether cutting or bulking. Cardio if cutting. After cycle you need to train just as hard and eat just as much. i would also recommend taking creatine/pre workout formula to keep gains natty.
 
i hate these threads...people looking for the easy way (miracle drug)...guess what, steroids aren't the answer..diet and hard training is! Steroids are designed for the serious and most dedicated person who knows there bodies...those that have reached there natural potential(or atleast close)...they are not for the person who has been lifting for 3 weeks with the stats of 6'1" 140lbs

by the way, without the proper PCT, training regimine and diet, you can say "bye bye" to your gains when you come off bro

Post up your diet so we can truly help you out bro.

wholly shit dude. my advice is stop eatin em and dont say im eating pink pills and ive eatin 30 in 2 weeks now how many do i take. read a book or 2.

jesus christ......

this is not something you want to mess with. id stop taking them asap and do a light pct and go natty for a few years. get up to a decent weight then consider it once you have the knowledge to use these drugs intelligently
 
ive never heard a 140lber taking steroids..ive heard as low as 160..but.. come on bro. listen to these guys
dont go to another board and ask..its going to be the same replys.
 
heres a good 10 week cycle for you 3000 to 4000 a day calorie good clean hi protein diet and alot of lifting:)
 
Yea you should check out the new steroid called whey protein....supposed to be the most anabolic thing on the market

Try 5x5, eat, sleep. Bro you gotta lot of work to do but you can do it

You have the attitude of just wanting to get to where you want to be and not working hard for it. Thats why you read that 4 week dbol cycles are useless but you will do them anyway. Go ahead, mess up your HPTA, get gyno, loads of bacne, and aggression. You are the one that makes steroid use bad. But you will do what you want to do, which is to not give up your pride and just listen to us that give good advice.

I am always learning more. You can never stop learning enough about bodybuilding, diet, training, steroids. But I have done endless amounts of research to understand what I am doing to my body. Its not somthing to take lightly. Do some research and get knowledgable in this area, because no one else is going to do it for you, and come back with some good questions. Like what are the basic mass lifts (bench, squats, deads)
 
Food is the most Anabolic compound you can put in your body ,not steroids!

Thank you everybody for the valuable input. i will stop taking dbol,and try to eat more. about my diet: i take serious mass protein (a weight gainer) one cup after the workout, a tea spoon of creatine like randomly (i workout at night and creatine keeps me up all night so i quit taking it on the days i workout late) and take one anabolic amino acid pill after the workout....any suggestions about these

my question is now, do i need post therapy cycle after taking around 30 pills (5 mg), and if so, what products do i take ?

sketch pct not after what you took only 150mg so thats very low over a two week period get the food right and train and gain that way
 
you should be ok without the pct. the sups are ok when used right. take the creatine when you wake up in the morning. eat 6-10 meals per day eat 2-3x your bw in protein, 4x your bw in carbs with a mix of simple and complex in every meal, and .5x your bw in fat split these all up between all of your meals. in addition drink a whey shake post w/o. find the right time of day to train and go to the gym then. change your routine around.
