Day 3 on THERMOREXIN

I just started a cycle. Being cautious, I was taking 2/day last week. 1am, 1 after lunch. This week, I am taking 3 day. 1 early AM (5:30am), 1 @ 10:30, one @ 2pm. No problem sleeping and deff have a "warm feeling" running through my body my mid-day. Not sweating or anything yet. T-Rex DEFF gives me a kick after about 1/2 hour, so it's PERFECT for getting to the gym in the AM.

Next week I'm bumping it to 4 caps/day. 2 Early AM, a mid-morn, 1 afternoon.. will keep you updated!
 
How much Yohimbine and Synephrine hcl is in T-rex? Thats kind of vital information dont you think it should be posted on the AF page. Ppl should know the dosages of the two key ingredients. Basically the two things that give T-rex its punch....

while yohimbine and synephrine are a part of the formula they are really not the "punch" ingredients.

dosages are 3 and 15mg respectively.

As I see it the components that actually give a thermogenic effect are: Synephrine hcl, Caffeine, Yohimbine

The Black tea and Green tea help, but to a lesser degree. Correct me if im wrong, but w/out the synephrine, caffeine and yohimbine you wouldnt have much of a thermo. The other stuff is mostly "fluff" if you ask me. Not to Bash T-rex, Ive tried it and its effective (yet harsh). Probably one of the best OCT thermos on the market. I also like Nutrex Lipo-6. The key word here is "OTC"...

My day starts at 7:30am...i dont eat till 10am, 4egg whites, 1 bananna and oatmeal. My workout starts at 6am-7:45pm..between 12noon to 6pm...i eat about 3 small meals. I sleep around 12midnight. My goal right now is to drop weight and lean up. Gaining will be my next goal in about 3 months. When should i take the first pill of thermorexin, how should i change my diet and last...when should i take the 2nd pill?

My workout consist of 45min cardio and 1hr weight training.

Any help will work..thanks

Macro, did you know that carbohydrates like fruit would enhance the effect of T-rex before it was actually created, or did you learn this by observation? I know how carbs are beneficial to use during a DNP cycle, but it seems to me that T-rex works in a very different manner. Could you explain how this works?

Also, would the insulin resulting from the carbohydrates not blunt the effects of yohimbine?

The stuff works great, by the way. I never actually "feel" the heat, but I know it's there. Waiting on the bus in below freezing weather in a t-shirt with SWEATY ARMPITS must mean something...
