Day 1...the chronicles of a rookie

After months of delays, i kicked off my 15 week adventure today (300mg test e/400mg eq). although i've spent countless hours reading and asking, i can't help but wonder if i am prepared and knowledgeable enough to handle any hiccups that might arise.

the first thing i noticed is that i am not an experienced needle-worker! when aspirating i couldn't help but notice the needle moving around in my thigh. i haven't injected anything other than adequan and a couple of test p shots a few years back. i assume the majority of soreness i will feel will be due to my squirrelliness with the needle. hopefully i'll get more steady with time.

i do have one question...when loading different oils in the tube, what's the best/easiest way to get the exact amounts of each (obviously the first compound is no problem)?

The only thing you really can do is eyeball it.

Make sure you shoot some air into both vials before you draw otherwise after a while it will be very difficult to get anything out of them. You might even develop a vacuum in the vial and suck the compound already in the syringe right into the vial of the other compound.

I use a bigger needle to draw (1.5" 20-22g) just so that I can reach down to the bottom of the vial when necessary. Then I change it to a smaller one to inject (25g 1").

^^^Good advice, I also use a 18g 1.5" to draw and 25g 1" to pin. Like he said make sure to inject an amount of air equal to the amount of oil you draw into the vials. Pinning will get alot easier over the next couple weeks, I only have problems with glutes because of reaching around. I'd run some HCG weeks 3-9 and 11-16, besides that you shouldn't have any problems on that cycle.
