Solid A in my maths class...I was pwned by female teachers for years ...I had a great female algebra teacher in high school but my geometry instructor taught me to think in maths...Mr. Leaders. I'm just sayin' wiminz aren't good at teaching menz math. To be honest..maths was my favorite class this semester...I type maths because I also have numerous UK friends and type armour. :) Eat it Samoth and Pick3.....:)I like the maths...:)

How on Earth is that possible :confused: ? All my math / science teachers had at least a basic 3 year degree in their subject plus their one year post-grade for high school teaching.

I was surprised when I first found out. About a year and a half ago I dated a chick that teaches high school math and science, her degree is in English.

A lot of the charter and private schools spend less per student, by a third, and their students still score higher.

It amazes me that people would even consider having the government run health care after the mess they have made a mess of everything they run.

Maths and programming are closely related...I'm considering picking up a math minor. I may end up with a MS in Engineering. Apparently, UT was ranked a top twenty engineering graduate program by Princeton Review a couple years back and they have excellent AI facilities for CS nerds.

Before this class, Algebra II in High School....and I struggled with that....Female teacher.I tested out of direct math with my ACT score for my BA, I took Logic and Stats.

This is the course description...

MTH 128 - College Algebra
This course addresses equations and inequalities, functions and relations, exponential and logarithmetic functions, systems of equations and topics in analytic geometry.

The class had a massive dropout rate, bish canceled classes for two weeks straight due to prego complications and we moved at a rapid pace.

For a 300 level programming class I had to use PI and the distance formula to make two balls bounce off one another...I know you try to bounce your balls off anything nightly...but for a program it takes some effort...
 
People who like math have issues.
