Alright I just got done benching and I hit 275, 5 times But then i tried 295 and I could not put it up and when I brought down I felt it in my left elbow and could not get off my chest. My elbow hurt a little bit but nothing bad so how do i get threw this? I feel if I can hit 275x5 I should be able to hit 295x1 right?
