you can either lie to him and say you just have been working out and act like you are insulted by the accusation.

or you can come clean and explain to him you are running light cycles and doing blood work etc so you are doing it the safe way

but your dad is a smart man, 21 is still too young. 25 or 26 is an age that a person should start.

I have only done one cycle ever and just finished it up about 5 weeks ago. I'm 38. I went from 173 to 200. My dad asked me if I was on roids, I lied. My close friends have asked me if I was on roids, and I lied. My x-wife this past weekend asked me "what I was doing to get so big insinuating that I taking roids and I lied. I have only told a very select few people. In my opinion, the fewer people who know the better.

sadly, I'm down to 190 now but that's because I have not been lifting because of a kind of injury

I 100% agree! but why tell my dad the truth he has an image of what steroids are and he would just worry.
