D-bol and the right diet?????????

You're always hearing that you never maintain your gains off d-bol, well i'm curious to how much you can keep if you eat right.

I eat 6-7 meals daily with 40-50 grams of protein in each meal, drink a shitload of water, and just eat good carbs and minimal fat.

Please just let me know what you think, whether i will bloat less if i eat right, if i will gain less water weight, and be able to keep a majority of my gains.

This being a d-bol only cycle

Well first off a d-bol only cycle is not really recommended, it's sorta wasteful cuz it's meant to kick start a cycle.

Secondly gains are gains if u loose weight after a cycle it's water.

If u gain muscle and don't maintain it then u lose it. Thats all u can say about muscle gained and lost.

i don't think your ready for gear, PERIOD! you were already told that dbol only and your dbol/anavar post was a bad idea, so why keep posting the same shit? are you expecting a different outcome?

i'm not flaming, only trying to help and sometimes you have to be a dick to get shit across to people who don't want to listen


Forget the AAS right now, post up your training routine and a detailed diet (what you ate and what time)
go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and it will give you all the nutrition information, post up that as well

Bro u need to educate urself on all levels before u hit the gear. Stick around, read and keep learning u'll get there but 4 now I doubt u'll get any help if thats where u stand.

why do you eat minimal fat? fat is a good thing done properly.

Hey man, what u could do is start a couple threads in the appropriate forums to help with answers on subjects such as diet, training and resting.

These three elements need to be well understood so that u can maximize the use of ur gear as well as doing it safely.


Good luck bro! Ask the questions and we'll answer them.:D
