You're always hearing that you never maintain your gains off d-bol, well i'm curious to how much you can keep if you eat right.
I eat 6-7 meals daily with 40-50 grams of protein in each meal, drink a shitload of water, and just eat good carbs and minimal fat.
Please just let me know what you think, whether i will bloat less if i eat right, if i will gain less water weight, and be able to keep a majority of my gains.
This being a d-bol only cycle
