OK IN MY FORTH WEEK OF ANABOLIN 200MG EVERY 5 DAYS
UPJOHN WINNY V 50 MG EOD AND JUST STARTED UPJOHN CYP 200MG EVERY 3 DAYS LAST WEEK. I REALY DONT WANT TO WASTE THIS STUFF. I HAVE NOTICED A GOOD INCREASSE IN STRENTH AND SPEED ON THE BASE PATHS. IM REALLY WANTING TO CUT UP . IVE BEEN EATEN CLEAN. YESTERDAY AT MY GAME I FELT LIKE A ARTHRITIC GRANDPA . I TAKEN 3 GRAMS OF ALA AND 3 GRAMS OF GINGER. IM ALSO TAKEN 600 MG OF MILK THYSLE. I FEEL THAT I MAY BE DOING THE WRONG KINDA WORKOUT. I MAY BE LIFTING TOO HEAVY TO CUT , YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME SOME ADVISE ON A GOOD FOUR DAY WORKOUT, DIET AND CARDIO. I REALLY APPRECIATE THIS IF YOU CAN HELP OUT. ALSO I KNOW ITS ALL ABOUT DIET AND CARDIO BUT ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC EXERCISE TO GET RID OF THE SPARE TIRE. MINE IS LIKE A LITTLE SCWHIN BIKE TIRE ,BUT ITS STILL THER AND ANOYING. THANKS AGAIN
