Cycle Help

Have been doing some reading. Im enquiring about a cycle I have put together and would like some advice. I have been lifting on an off since I was 18, I am 23. Have played with a cycle before when I was 20 (stupid), 12 weeks Test. E only with OK results, but since stopped lifting. This time round I have been lifting almost a year and have put on 10kg pretty much lean, I'm weighing in at 160lbs ~ 7% Bodyfat, 5"11. Eating close to 4000 Clean Cals /wk. Training is mainly compound lifts and assistance exercises. I want to get to 185-200lbs.

My Suggested Cycle Is:

WK 1-12: Sust. 250mg / wk Inj. EOD
WK 1-10: Deca 100mg / wk Inj. once per wk.
Wk 14: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

A friend of mine is suggesting:

WK 1-4: Sust. 125mg /wk
WK 1-4: Deca 50mg /wk
WK 5-8: Sust. 250mg /wk
WK 5-8: Deca 100mg /wk
WK 9-12: Sust 375mg /wk
WK 9-12: Deca 150mg /wk
WK 14: Nolvadex

From what I have read tapering ON is somewhat of an oldschool idea. My friend seems to think the cycle will run out of steam towards the end if I just run the 2 straight.

Originally I was thinking Sust. 500mg / wk, Deca 300mg / wk for 12 weeks but he thinks that is too much and I wouldn't need to go over 500mg of total gear a wk. From what I read its good to end the Deca a bit earlier, although I like the idea of running it for 12 to get the most out of it later in the cycle.

Other compounds I can obtain are: Stanazol, Tribolin 75, Anapalon.

Bump the sustanon to 500mg WK and the deca to 400mg WK
Add pct.

Honestly, if you haven't done anything for a long time, 500 sust by itself is plenty. At 160 lbs, 500mg of gear is plenty, skip the deca. And getting to a lean 185-200 on one cycle isn't going to happen. Just so you aren't disappointed.

I realize it's not going to happen on 1 cycle. Thats my goal by 2/3 cycles.

bw1: 900mg's of gear a week? That seems like a shitload! And cost wise it will cost me 3x as much! I probably could bump it up to 375/150 for 12 weeks. I believe stacking the deca in there will help me keep the gains...

it won't. your pct will help you keep the gains, not what gear you decide to use.
