Cycle help pls...

Hi all, my mate just gave me his last cycle and because i only did oral steroids and this is my first injectible cycle i need some help and advice. I am 5,5 feet, 148 pounds dont know my body fat to be honest and this is my second steroid cycle as i said, any help and advice appreciated guys thnx.

Week 1: Danabol 20mg tabs: 20mg, 20mg, 40mg, 40mg, 40mg, 20mg, 20mg
Weeks 2, 3, 8 and 9 : 100mg Deca/w and 250mg Test.Enanthate/w
Weeks 4, 5, 6 and 7: 200mg Deca/w and 500mg Test.Enanthate/w
Weeks 10and 11: 50mg clomid daily plus 5000 I.U HCG on week 10

What do you recon guys???:confused:
 
Hey andy;

At your weight the only thing you need to put into your body now is food....and lots of it....

Post up you diet and training split in the diet and training forums and we'll go from there...

Hi guys, thnx for replying, keepinmygains you got me worried now mate about my height.. : p Do you think i should keep Dbol on 40mg untill first injection?
 
why not just run the test250mg and deca100mg for 12 weeks straight with dbol as a classic 4 week kick at 30mg ed! just my .2

yes 5'5'' 150 means you must be dieting wrong. the gear will not do anything for you yet. you need to be able to put on some muscle and keep it first.
 
Not sure why you would taper down Dbol for? Ez-E did you see his height?

he is the exact same height as me and i have 110lbs on him. he couldnt possibly have any mass on him at all.

I mean this in good spirit,.....That cycle looks like a mess. The PCT you have planned sucks.

1) at your height and weight, the only thing you need is a shit ton of the right food!!!

2)Do some research on PCT!!!

3) even if you decide "fuck these guys" and you do the cycle anyhow....dont taper the doses up and down. Just pick a mg dose and go with it. Your trying to get cute with it.
 
Thnx a lot guys for all the tips and help, i really appreciate it... can anyone tell me how to upload a picture so u can see where my body is at this point? Joe d, i know i must be dieting wrong and that i need to put on more weight but honestly mate i am taking 4500-5000kcals daily which makes me feel sick sometimes.. As i said before i am new on steroids and as i was told this cycle could give me some good gains (weight)...

post your diet of an average day in detail. you need to be able to gain weight first or else your pissing in the wind. so post your diet, training, what kind of work you do, your long term fitness goal, and your body type and maybe we can find what the problem is.
 
Hi JoeD, thnx mate for replying and for trying to help me i really appreciate it...
Basically i am a student, i am working out, 5 times a week for about 1 hour lots of weights and about 8-10reps and 1 day cardio, treadmill for about 20min(sprint), on an average day i eat a breakfast of at least (300-350kcals) 09:00am after two hours protein (630kcals) and at about 1:30 pasta, chicken, beef etc at least (800 kcals) then at about 3:00-4:00 some fruits corn flakes and a sandwich (about 300kcals) 06:00pm protein (630kcals) then at 08:30-09:00pm most of the time junk food like pizza (about 900kcals) at 10:30 tuna sandwich or something up to (200kcals) at 11:00 protein (630kcals) and before bed at about 12:00 anything up to (150-200kcals). i am 5'.5" 148 pounds, my goal is to increase my muscle size, i ve just uploaded a photo, i think it has been uploaded as my profile picture dont know if you can see it.

ok we have something to work with. the diet. it looks to me like protein is to spread out, carbs are definately to spread out. and you need more greans. can you eat 40g of protein 60g of carbs 10g of fat and a small portion of broccoli or spinach every 2-3 hours. also your breakfast needs to be a huge meal fruit, oats, meat or eggs. i would sit with a note pad and plan out 3g protein per lb 4g carbs per lb .75g fat per lb of body weight per day split between 6-10 meals the more the better. also make your first meal a little bigger and drink a soda or something with your post wo meal (try a vanilla shake made in root bear or orange soda). do that for about 3 wks if you dont start gaining try adding to everything in incriments of 10% until you start gaining weight. once you start gaining keep the math the same in macro's to lb of bw. also your training. look around and find some different training programs and switch them up every month or so. change your rep ranges also. hit them heavy once in a while for
2-4 rep sets.

So i know that the normal calories is 2500, is there a specific number that i have to go over for my body regarding carbs, and protein? for example i take 76g of carbohydrates three times a day only from my protein and 46g(of protein) three times a day only form the protein as well, how much do i have to take to start gaining?

that is where things get tricky. there is no diet that is good for everyone. i would start there and move up as needed. this would be as the total food for the day not in addition. breaking meals down and eating different things will effect your body differently so even if it is less than you are used to i would still start with those figures and move from there. there is one more thing i forgot. that is your last meal for the day. most people do not have the time to break their sleap for food so they go a long period of time without eating. if you are going to do this i would make that meal a shake with about 50g casein protein maybe 30g whey protein 20g fat and 40g complex carbs. but even all that doesnt come close to being as good as sleaping at 2 different times so you can eat more real food.

Hmm even at that weight hes carrying around some extra. Ran his numbers through a BMI calculator to see if he's underweight, normal, or overweight. Hes a 24.6 and 25 is considered overweight. If this weight is quality muscle then he may already be where he needs to be naturally to prepare for AAS. Interesting.
