Cycle EQ with...?

I'm about to take my fisrt cycle here in a few wks.

currently 5'11" and around 145lbs or so.
my metabolism is pretty high i suppose b/c i eat all the time. i easily average out to 4000 calories/day if not more. not wanting to get huge but maybe add on 20lbs or so of mass/muscle.

i've done alot of reading and looking around. seems like EQ would be something good to start out on. low water retention.

will be ordering:
10 wks on EQ
and what else? read that either prop or sust would be ideal for several wks? any suggestions, side effects, etc?


i can't wait to get started

TEST E. I am on my first cycle 10 weeks into a 15 weeker of test e at 250 and eq at 400 a week and LOVING IT. Very solid gains, low sides, easy and fun cycle. It did take about 5-6 weeks for the gear to fully kick in, but man it is great. Run it for at LEAST 12 weeks and I bet you will be as happy as I am. I am up 16.5 lbs as of yesterday and all my lifting is up.
 
14 weeks EQ 15 weeks test
Anti every day pct and the end. If this is your first start with just one.

Actually I would chage that to EQ for 15 and test for 14, or if you are on a lower dose (like test e @250 a week ) run them both to 15. Also, depending on your dose, I think using an anti e EOD (every other day) at .5-1 will do just fine but everyone is different so you may need to change the amount u take. Make sure you drink a ton of water as well, at least a gallon a day.

The typical first cycle is test e for 10 weeks, but test eq at lower doses is a good first cycle as well.
 
you're 5'11" and did u mean 145 kgs, because if your 145lbs then you're way too small. youre probably 16 years old too.

LOL....I think I weighed 145 at age 8. All Muscle of course. I ran a test/deca cycle at age 7 to bulk up a little before my championship pee wee football season.
 
Years training ? Age ? Testosterone-Eq-Anastrozole would be my choice but there are many types of AAS that will HELP you achive your goals. Diet is key!

I personally would change it to eq- 12 weeks 500mgs since this is your first cycle and run OT for the first 6 weeks at 40mgs. This way, you'll get the best of both worlds, gain and keep most of what you want with low sides. Test will bloat you up and if you don't know if you are gyno prone, you don't want extra sides especially on your first cycle.. take it easy and listen to your body with smaller amounts of gear :)
 
if your 5'11 and 145, dude, just eat, eat 8000cals!!!! but you shouldnt tought it unless you hav a little big of a foundations ya know... try to set this goal, get up to 180lbs naturally before you start, if your eating 4000cals a day at 145and you get up to 180, then youll still have to eat about 6000cals just to sustain, i might be wrong on the math a little, but my point just cus you get bigger on roids doesnt mean your gonna stay big, its harder to sustain your weight than to gain it, try to gain as much as you can on your own.. then use... my opinion, but test is always better for mass... JUST EAT!!!!
 
At that size and your heigth suggests that you are NOT ready to be using steroids...:o

Remember: if you are unable to eat enough to grow now what makes you think you will be able to eat enough to maintain a cycling bodyweight of 15-20 lbs HEAVIER than you are now??
Answer: You WONT :o

Stay natural longer and figure out how you can eat more to grow that way...There are FAR less side effects from eating for growth, than there are from taking drugs to grow :)
