Cycle and Peanutbutter/jelly?

As many of ya know I started my cycle april 18th. Im still adjusting to the massive amounts of food im taking in. Lots of time on the toilet. :) I was wondering....is Peanutbutter and jelly senwiches ok for snacks? I have the all natural peanut butter that only uses peanuts,salt for its ingredients. I use minimal jelly(1/2 tea spoon). The bread is the whole grain health bread. I try to keep eat about ever 2.5 hrs. Its hard to get a healthy snack in while im in class.

Tends to exaggerate the insulin response and enhance lipogenesis. If you are on and training hard though it is a different story.
 
why not have a protein shake with some carb powder? Thats what i drink inbetween meals at work. Damn it I just spilled some on my shirt!!

I was thinking of getting that stuff in the future. What does it taste like, and do you think it's good stuff?

I guess it has a ricey flavor.. its not bad. ANd i think its good stuff, its not high GL carbs
 
sugar free jelly and some nice wholemeal bread & you're good to go, goes nicely with a choc shake. If you're bulking.
 
I eat about 5 tbsps of p.b. a day. It's high in calories and has a decent amount of protein. I also eat a couple of steaks a day. Although I would like to eat a little cleaner, it's just not realistic. 2 cups of 1% milk and 5 tbsps of p.b. is an easy 750 cals and 36 grams of protein. You can only eat so many chicken breasts and cans of tuna before the sight of them makes you wanna puke.
