As many of ya know I started my cycle april 18th. Im still adjusting to the massive amounts of food im taking in. Lots of time on the toilet.
I was wondering....is Peanutbutter and jelly senwiches ok for snacks? I have the all natural peanut butter that only uses peanuts,salt for its ingredients. I use minimal jelly(1/2 tea spoon). The bread is the whole grain health bread. I try to keep eat about ever 2.5 hrs. Its hard to get a healthy snack in while im in class.
