I start the morning with coffee, starbucks I grind at home. I then eat a bowl of honey bunches of oats, with added bunches from the just bunches cereal, with blueberries and soy milk. Every other day I eat two hard boiled eggs in addition. I then drink my Whey To Build Muscle protein shake and take my nutritional supps. I pack my lunch with two organic peanut butter and rasberry preserves sandwiches, a turkey sandwich, a bananna, an apple, a boneless skinless chicken breast, a protein bar, and a another protein shake. I try to change it up for dinner but it always includes a high protein/low fat entree, and plenty of vegatables, followed by a protein shake.
