Bro I'm nine weeks into 1g test e, 1g eq, and 800mg of tren e. My gains are stalling.

Today's diet was.....

1 bowl of special k cereal and 1 cup of milk

12 crackers and a spoon of PB

1/2 can of tuna and 7 pretzels

6 chicken mcnuggets and a medium fry

Should I bump the test up to 1500mg?

haha... heres a serious one, I just started week 5 of the cycle and have been keeping this diet- essentially- since day one

1-5 Test E 250mg Sunday 250mg Wednesday
5-10Test C ^^ ^^^^
3-7 Beastdrol 20-30mg ED
1-10 Need2Slin 1 cap am, 2 caps pm
1-10 HCGenerate 3 caps am, 2 pm
1-10 Formastanzol 10 pumps am 10 pumps pm

I also have PCT lined out as directed by NeedTo (If you couldnt tell by my cycle, he played a large part in helping me out with supp ideas!! lol)

DIET

Breakfast, 8 or 9 AM
1 cup Egg Beaters Whites
Shake with
1 Packet Quaker hi fiber oatmeal
2 Scoops NitroCore 24 Protein Blend
12 oz 2% milk

10 or 11am
2 Orowheat 10 grain wheat and Jif Natural Peanut butter foldovers, one with a lil grape jelly

12 or 1
1 serving Romain Hearts with Vinagrette
1 1/4 - 1 1/3lbs chicken breast, grilled

3 or 4
1 serving brown rice mixed with colorful steamed vegetables (carrots, tomato,peppers, zucchini, etc) (usually)

5 or 6
NitroCore 24 1 scoop with water

5:30 or 6:30
VPX NO Shotgun

7 or 7:30 -At Gym VPX NO Synthesize mid workout

9:00-10:00 3/4 lbs Bison, either alone,
with a wheat bun and sometimes a slice of mozzarella
or in a sauce with a cup of Ragu and 1/2 box dreamfields linguine

Midnight
1 cup Egg Beaters Whites, then right to bed

Intake Totals:
Cals 3547 Fat 94 g Cholesterol 482 mg Sodium 3278 mg Carbs 268 g Sugars 57 g Fiber 47 g Protein 391 g



I know Im eating too much too late but what should I do? I get to work at about 9. lunch from 12-1, get off work at 5 or 5:30, and my gym closes at 9 and you have to be out by 10... so any suggestions that fit a better diet into these time constraints? I will say that this diet IS working well, as far as I can tell Ive barely added any fat, if not lost some...

eating late is not the issue so long as it is at least 2 hours before going to bed. I normally try to avoid all dairy products when dieting.
 
so your saying the twinkies and cups of sugar i am eating isnt helping?

Thanks, thats good to know... I had always assumed it would make more sense for the main factor in meal intake to be where one was in the course of their own normal day instead of what time the clock said, but people keep advocating these magic cutoff times, so I figured there must be something to it! I mean, I knew it wouldnt be smart for a guy that works nights to make sure he gets all his nutrients between 7am and 7pm, but I didnk know how far I could stretch that logic to make it apply to my eating a late dinner! Any notes on the diet its self tho? Like I said (I think) its my first cycle ever, and I want a good, lean, bulk that I can keep... i dont know how long it'll be before I find an actual source for a second cycle - Im figureing that even after PCT and a couple extra months off is over I will still be workin on that. I got lucky on the Test, it just kinda dropped in my lap (haha... it actually KEEPS dropping in my lap - every Wednesday and Sunday... 250mg at a time!! :D ) and Im lookin to go for something a little less basic, test run with some combo of primo/eq/anavar... I really havent decided yet, i can cross that bridge when I can actually find something. Anyway, I digress - what other input yall got on my diet!?
 
Haha... I dont have a specific question, but the fact that things are goin good doesnt mean if there is something I can do to improve I wouldnt want to hear about it! Im just puttin it out there to see what people's opinion was - and to give the "I'll make any diet better" guy that started the post some fodder. I dont ALWAYS subscribe to the "If its not broke dont fix it" school of thought, if that always applied we wouldnt have catalogs full of engine parts and vehicle upgrades to make our cars and trucks bigger and faster and more efficient, and I tend to look at my body the same way... What Im doing is working great - but I wouldnt mind it working better! Im definitly satisfied with the way things are going now, just always lookin to improve or learn somethin new!
 
Clean calories, no simple carbs, no saturated fats, well balanced meals. A good scheme to follow is the 40/30/30 diet (if your not competing). That is, 40%carbs, 30% fats and proteins. Lean meats, (yes, pork is fine), low glycemic foods, olive oils, fish oils, etc. Be smart and don't over eat at any one meal. Keep it to 5 or 6 small to medium sized meals during the day. And when off your cycle, don't go hog wild on pizza and pasta or alcohol for that matter or the fat will pack on!
