The Cycle that Radar and Joe D set up is spot on, I say that cause They are the dudes who know their shiz. My suggestions come on the diet. I know you've had awesome results with the diet so far but if your main goal is cutting I have a few suggestions that might help you out. Just my 2 cents though, maybe joe and Radar will agree with me.
Your first meal is 3 scoops whey(i'm assuming. you spelled it weight?...so) 1/2 cup oats. Proceeded by 50min of cardio. My suggestion is if cutting is the main concern do the cardio with absolutely nothing in you. then wait 30 min and have 25-50g of whey. That will get the fat burning started nicely and dive into the stored fat tanks from the previous day so your not just burning calories you just put into the tank. The whey protein is a must cause it's absorbed faster then whole protein sources. The only other suggestion I have is your pre-workout meal. You have 6 egg whites. I would scratch the egg whites. You want a better source of fuel here IMO. I'd rock a half a cup of oats and like 2tsp of honey. After you're done rock about 60g of protein with that banana!
Other than that man I think you're golden. You are getting plenty of protein, it's clean and there is alot of meals to keep the metabolic fire burning hot all day long.
