Cutting experts needed (plz advise)

Hello Guys,

Can you please help me out in sorting my first cutting cycle ? I am 23 years old , 5ft 10inches tall, i weigh around 205 pounds with 12% body fat. I already completed one cycle of test enanthate only 500 mg/wk for 12 weeks in July. I did an excellent pct and kept most of my gains. My pct consisted of 1,500 IUs hcg 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 100 mgs Clomid ED and 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for the first 3 weeks. After,i discontinued the hcg and continued with 50 mgs Clomid ED and 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for an additional 3 weeks. Since the time that i finished my pct i starting dieting to get in shape for my next cycle. My goal lean out as much as possible and develop this hard looking mascular look . By the way i have been training for 5 years now .

This is my diet:
9:00 am : 3 scoops of weight protein + 1/2 cup of oats . Then do 50 mins of cardio
10:00 am : 12 egg whites + 1/2 sweet potatoe
1:00 pm : 2 pieces of chicken breasts + 1 eggplant + mixed vegtables
4:00 pm : 6 pieces of egg whites . Then weight training session begins.
5:30 pm : Post work out nutrition . 2 scoops of whey protein + 1 banana
7:30 pm : 2 cans of tuna + salad
10:30 pm: 1 chicken breast + 4 egg whites
11:30 pm : cardio for 40 mins
12:30 am : glutamine + water

I have been on this diet for about 4 months now and have seen some amazing improvments. I did not lose much muscle and im so happy with the results so far. Since my body fat has decreased alot i believe its the right time to start a simple cutting cycle.
My plan is to use 100/mg of test prop eod for 10 weeks but im not really sure what other compound i should add. I was planning on adding either masteron , or equipoise, or anavar . But still have not decided what to choose. I would aprreciate any input from u guys since most of you here are more experienced and know what works well. I also understand that steroids are not magic and what matters most is diet and cardio.

what are your goals? Bodyfat ratio? how tall are you & weight

loool radar are u drunk :P Man i have already stated that i have done only one cycle before and it consisted of 500 mg/wk of test enanthate for 12 weeks.... i have also stated my pct and diet :P
 
nope my eyes are cloudy when i wake up....meh! I'll get in attack mode pretty soon.:)

Some people say that equipoise is great in providing quality slow gains and increased vasculartiy , they also say its good to stack with cutting cycles ....

EQ needs to be ran a min of 12 week better at 14-16 wks thats when it really shines, if you run test prom mix some of it with the EQ to keep from feeling like a pin cushion.

looool yeah everybody has been warning me from the pinning pain that comes from test prop :) Will massaging the injections site help ? AND would you prefer running the test prop for 10 or 12 weeks for a cutter ?
 
thanks for the replies guys ..... So you prefer 100 mg/eod of test prop from week 1-10 , and from week 4-10 anavar ?

yes. you could probably even drop the test down to 75 mg eod. why take more if you dont need it
 
thanks joe d , and ur 100% correct "less is more" :) Joe should i run the test prop for 10 or 12 weeks ? And is there any chance i can add in some equipoise ? If yes , at what dosagae and for how many weeks ?

i would personally leave out the eq but it could be added. i would run 12 weaks. you should be able to drop pretty low in that time. the test and var combined will support mass and harden you up while you cut.
 
Guys to be honost with u anavar is pretty damn expensive in the place where im at right now .... thats why i want to limit the anavar for the last few weeks

so the cycle plan will be

week 1-12 : test prop 100/mg eod
week 1-12 : equipouse 600 mg/wk
week 6-12 : anavar at 50/mg daily

Is there anything that needs to be fixed ?
 
thanks joe d . I have heard people say that equipoise works best at 600 mg/wk. But i will take ur adivise into consideration

Revised cycle plan:

week 1-12: test prop 100/mg eod
week 1-12: equipoise 400/wk
week 6-12: anavar 50/mg daily

should i run anavar for the last 6 weeks or last 4 weeks ?
 
The Cycle that Radar and Joe D set up is spot on, I say that cause They are the dudes who know their shiz. My suggestions come on the diet. I know you've had awesome results with the diet so far but if your main goal is cutting I have a few suggestions that might help you out. Just my 2 cents though, maybe joe and Radar will agree with me.
Your first meal is 3 scoops whey(i'm assuming. you spelled it weight?...so) 1/2 cup oats. Proceeded by 50min of cardio. My suggestion is if cutting is the main concern do the cardio with absolutely nothing in you. then wait 30 min and have 25-50g of whey. That will get the fat burning started nicely and dive into the stored fat tanks from the previous day so your not just burning calories you just put into the tank. The whey protein is a must cause it's absorbed faster then whole protein sources. The only other suggestion I have is your pre-workout meal. You have 6 egg whites. I would scratch the egg whites. You want a better source of fuel here IMO. I'd rock a half a cup of oats and like 2tsp of honey. After you're done rock about 60g of protein with that banana!

Other than that man I think you're golden. You are getting plenty of protein, it's clean and there is alot of meals to keep the metabolic fire burning hot all day long.

thanks Rick O'Shea . Yeah i have mis-spelled the whey .... do u think i should increase the carbs in my diet bro ? and for essential fatty acids im using fish oil , flas seed oil , and some omega complex ....
One more thing should include hcg during my cycle ? If yes at what does and how many times a week ?
 
that looks good. id run it for the last 6 personally but either will do. make sure you are drinking lots of water and taking good care of your liver. lipid stable would be a good idea.

My man Rick is correct do cardio on an empty stomach so the body will burn fat for fuel and not those shakes.
The demand for nutrients is high after cardio That is the perfect time for a high calorie/high protein shake.

No dude, with the veggies and the oats, at your weight you're fine with that amount. As far as HCG that's a question for the Masters like Radar and JoeD.
 
Just shoot for like 80-150g of carbs depending on the bodyparts you're working out. The bigger the muscle group usually the more carbs. Like LEG DAY
Your fat scources are excellent!
 
I really appreciate ur help guys :) I really cant wait to start the cycle . I will make make a cycle diary with some before pics so all of u guys can see the progress .... :)

so the final version of my cycle:

week 1-12: test prop 100/mg eod
week 1-12: equipoise 400/wk
week 6-12: anavar 50/mg daily
 
Good luck with the EQ. If you can afford get primo instead. Just Ask JoeD and Radar. I tried EQ for six weeks. Everything effects everyone differently, and EQ did not agree with me at all, but hell who knows you might find it absolutely amazing, and I hope you do. From what I've heard though, Primo is just the nectar of the gods. Sorry to throw that out there after you got it all complete and everything....sorry.
 
thanks for sharing ur experience with me Rick . I will give be posting my progress as soon as i start :) One more question should i take the anavar tablets all at once or should i divide them through out the day ?
 
Agreed and i would like to add primo is good if you can get some since its so expensive there are alot of fakes out there

Focus on Dynamic movements, and opposing muscle groups to make the workout as metabolic as possible. Ie.. Resisted Sprints super setted with Olympic Ring Pushups on 3 foot box. This will rip you up in no time.
Plus Do sprints 3 times a week. This will guarantee that carbs eatin will not be converted to glute4 and instead be shuttled more effectively into the muscle belly, which inturn gives you bigger stronger muscles and burns more fat!

How was that Radar Sensei?
 
Yeah Man, Pretty much everybody prefers Primo over EQ. Just talk to Swole Or the man in charge Needtogetaas

How do you function on this diet... seems intense.
 
it is intense my friend :) "No Pain No Gain " But the thing is that its so effective and i have seen some tremendous improvments with the way i look :) I also made some alterations with diet and made cardio the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and added more fibers and vegtables to the diet. I will be starting my cycle tommorow and will keep a cycle diary.
 
Nice Cue, good to hear things are going so well!! Keep going hard man and I really think the fasted cardio will do ya right!!!
