Cutting Diet for summer :/

Hey everyone

looking to do a nice diet for summer time starting in March or April till about june july.

Figured low carb would be best route

Change up my workout to higher rep range 12- 15 every set
moderate weight possibly keeping my strength up.

Thinking 4 meals plus 2 low carb protein shakes


ideas? advice? always helpful

Just eat very very clean every 3hrs of the day. Lean meats, veggies, brown rice, wholewheat pasta....ect. Low carbs is not needed IMO. Keeping your metabolism going is the main key...hence every three hrs. need at least 6 meals a day, and throw in a shake or 2 especailly after work outs.
 
Agree with djboots, small meals every 3 or 4 hours would be good. Vegetables, fruits, wholewheat products etc are very much advisable to eat.
