For those who know I've had to deal with some BS health issues over the past several months in which eating and training was very scarce, and the use of gear was discontinued. Well, good to say that so far over the past couple of weeks I have gotten a whole lot better and things seem to progressing nicely! Just wanted to post some current pics - all natural, as you will definitely be able to tell - to show just a few weeks of progress due to getting back in the gym and eating better.

delts and arms still looking pretty swole!!!

Thanks, and thanks again! I'm hanging in there considering all the factors included. Training has been rough as all hell. Doing half the weight I was doing several months ago. Some of the pride has definitely been lost. Oh well though. Just happy my health is coming back to par. That is the most important by all means!

THANKS TO ALL! I'll hit you all up with some Karma except for those who force me to spread it around first.

Let's see. Health wise was what I initially expected to be a staph infection on my face. Got worse and worse over a period of 8 months. Went on numerous antibiotic treatments none being effective. Finally, had biopsy taken and found out it was a serious form of ocular rosacea combined with perioral dermatitis. Something that could have been suppressed from the very beginning with proper diagnosis and treatment. Ruined my damn life for a pretty long time. Didn't even like to go out in public due to all the bumps on my face. Plus it hurt really bad also. Well, been on Doxycycline and Metrogel now for almost one month and the improvements have been remarkable. Thank you God! It's not a curable disorder but is supposed to be containable and suppressed with consistent daily treatment. Pain in the ass but as long as they don't flare up as bad anymore I'm down to do whatever it takes. Again, thanks to all for their concerns!

Diet, is just pretty basic at the moment. Eating fairly clean with about 3 food meals per day, and 2 meal replacements per day. No sugars or starchy carbs, but do eat a fair share of protein, carbs, and fats. Supplements are just MRP's, whey protein powder, glutamine, vit c, vit e, flax oil, EPO, and ALA.

Damn great size and shape man...keep the motivation up!...you have a very solid base. Recovery will be easier.

you have the mass and size that most of the guys on this site would want to have.

Man, you guys are great! Definitely make a bro feel that much better. I appreciate all of your feedback. Thanks!!!!
sometimes we need the comments of others to realize what we have and what we have accomplished.

after my last run, i looked in the mirror and wondered if i had purchased bogus stuff; i saw such little results. then i took a road trip and visited my broly and his family, whom i hadn't seen for about 6 months. their comments on my appearance made me realize my efforts had indeed made a difference.

Glad to hear your health is back up to par. BTW, you still look better than the majority of the people walking down the street.

Bro you look amazing. Tons of us would love to have your physique. Glad to hear you are back and feeling better. Awesome job my man.

Looking solid bro!! What was the inspiration to quit gear??? Mine was my daughter, and my inabilities to be as flexible as I need to be to play with her, and help with soccer (although, I am on a low dose of test for the next year or so, per doc's orders). Keep it up!! :)

Lookin solid as hell bro! Glad to hear you're back to training again and your health is returning. I'm trying to get into the natural mode myself, it's a real bitch finding motivation but, I'm slowly getting back to it.

Havn't got back to this post sinced it got moved on me. Sorry! But, thanks to all that responded. I appreciate the feedback and support!

I've been on this site for almost two years now and you have always been an inpiration and seeing you continue even when things aren't going their best is awesome. I had some health problems as well that really hindered my training and diet that set me back a bit. But things have been looking up for me too and I'm back going at it as hard as I can. I've always enjoyed your posts and thank you for all your help. Take care and good luck.

You look awesome. I wish I was there, keep a good attitude though like you seem to be, I went through Cancer 2 years ago and am still trying to rebound from that. Attitude is King when it comes to health problems. Don't let it get you down. Keep up the good work
