Crushed my back and shoulders today

i killed the fuckin blue 3 lb DBs today on a Bosu ball

finished the workout with reverse cable anus squeezes on the dyna disc
 
Pick3 made me a workout regiment once.

I didn't do it b/c he told me skull crushers are where you take a tube steak to the dome

I'm out in 1.5 hours with warmup and stretching included. DC Training. Good shit. Heavy progressive weights, lower volume but higher intensity and higher frequency of bodyparts hit, incorporates rest pause training, extreme stretching, and blasting and cruising phases (periodization).

I am going to destroy my back today. should i take 2 50mg winny tabs at once about an hr before i go. I'm thinking I might as well.

Ive read alot about DC training

tried it briefly, didnt like it. My body needs more volume than he reccomends I think

I am still a little numb in the legs. but they arnt too sore anymore

I didn't like it the first time I tried it either. Then I came back to it after a couple years. If you do it exactly as he laid it out, you'll definitely "feel" it. My legs and biceps are still sore today. Plus, for the first time in over a year, I am growing again!

omg, on leg day I like so get into the uterus curls/ext to finish off the legs. Love that machine!!!
