Long-time lurker, first-time poster. Figured I’d document what I’m running and try something a bit different this time.

I am 45 years old. Height: 5'11. Weight: 198 lbs. BF: ~18% (visibly soft, muscle base from years of on/off training.) I am currently doing 125mg Test E/week (TRT dose, cruising after a moderate 12-week blast). Right now I am focusing on diet cleanup, cardio, mobility, and mental discipline. I’ve also been experimenting with zero release (No fap) during cruise phases. I even took it a step further and started using a device to help enforce it. A kind of tool for control and just to hold myself accountable. It's forcing me to stay focused, train harder, and keep my aggression where I want it. Libido’s through the roof, but I’m channeling it into work and gym time.

In this thread, I'll be logging my energy and mood, libido, strength and sleep. Not looking for approval, just sharing the experience and what’s working for me.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

maybe try being consistent with what time of day you report on these things. mood, libido do change all day
