That video was great. I checked out a few more of his vids. Overtraining is something that I feel like I don't do enough of mainly bc I don't always have a spotter when it comes to things like bp and squats but I'm definitely going to give this a try. I wish I could afford a trainer to give me advice and training like this but that's why I became a member here to get the advice from you guys. Great stuff!
