Hey whats up guys, got a pl meet this weekend, then after that I am changing my program around to try and put on some more size by upping the volume a bit, still trying to add strength to the core lifts, although I know the strength gains wont be as much as before when I was training soley for strength. Let me know what you think of it
Monday: Chest/Shoulders
Flat Bench 4x5
Incline DB bench 3x8
Arnold press 4x8
Cable flyes 3x12
Tuesday: Legs
Squats/Deadlifts 4x4-6 (2 weeks squat, 1 week deadlift, back to squats etc..)
Hyperextensions 4x12
Lunges 3x10
Thursday: Bis/Tris
CG bench/ Weighted dips 4x6-8 (alternate b/w the two whenever gains plateau)
Skullcrushers 5x8
Barbell curls 5x8-10
Hammer curls 3x6
Incline DB curls 2x12
Saturday: Back/Traps
Hang cleans 3x3-5
Bentover rows 4x5
Pullups 4 sets to 1 rep shy of failure
Shrugs 4 sets heavy as possible
Any ideas or comments will be appreciated!!
