Critique My Supplement Regimen

This is DAILY, not including actual foods, ONLY supplements:

9AM: Meal 1 + Whey Protein (Designer) + 1 Tbsp Flax Oil

10AM: Clenbuterol 80-100mcg (not supplement I know)

11-12: Workout

12noon: Whey Protein (Designer)
5g Creatine
Vitamin C:1000mg
Iron:15mg
Clenbuterol:20-40 mcg

1pm:Meal 2

3pm:Meal 3

6pm:Protein Bar

8pm:Meal 5

9pm:Whey Protein + 1tbsp Flax Oil.

11pm: Magnesium:450mg
Zinc: 30mg
Vit B6: 50mg

Anything I need to add/take away?
Clen & Creatine OK?
P.S: Not juicing m'kay.
 
Yeah, funny you should say that, I've been thinking about adding Glutamine in there too.
Just that I've heard so many mixed opinions as to wether or not it is actually utilised etc.
 
PANTS...

If you're using regular L-glutamine as opposed to glutamine peptides, then you should go for 20g broken down into 5g doses taken with water throughout the day. If you are using the peptides, which absorb better, you can just add it to your protein shakes. Otherwise looks good!
