10AM: Clenbuterol 80-100mcg (not supplement I know)
11-12: Workout
12noon: Whey Protein (Designer)
5g Creatine
Vitamin C:1000mg
Iron:15mg
Clenbuterol:20-40 mcg
1pm:Meal 2
3pm:Meal 3
6pm
rotein Bar
8pm:Meal 5
9pm:Whey Protein + 1tbsp Flax Oil.
11pm: Magnesium:450mg
Zinc: 30mg
Vit B6: 50mg
Anything I need to add/take away?
