hey, thinking about going on a new split. i was thinking something along the lines of this:
monday: back, shoulders
pulldowns - 3x10
chin ups - 3xfailure
dumbell shrug - 4x10
tues: arms
frenchpress : 3x10
skull crushers : 3x10
EZ curls - 3x10
preacher curls - 3x10
hammer curls - 2x10
wed: legs
squats - 5x5
presses - 3x8
curls - 3x8
thurs: chest
flat bench - 5x5 (4-6 second negative, explosive positive)
incline flyes - 3x8
Light shoulder work
friday : arms again
