Critique my routine

Tuesday - Chest/Abs
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Friday - Quads/Hams/Calves
Saturday - Delts/Traps/Abs
Sunday - Off
 
How many exercises do you plan to incorporate for each respective body part?
Bulk, maintenance, or cutting diet?
I could definitely hook you up with an opinio then, if that is what you so indeed request.
 
I would not do large muscle groups (back, chest, legs) on subsequent days. I'd put an off day, or small muscle group day in between.

I also don't think abs need to be trained three days a week. Two is plenty.
 
Ugh...5 days a week? Why in God's name do you think you need to train 5 days a week?
