Please CRITIQUE my diet for fat-loss... I am going to be trying to lose as much FAT as possible. I weigh around 225 lbs. right now by the way.
Sunday-Friday
approximately 2500 calories
approximately 300g protein
approximately 100g carbs
approximately 100g fat (around 1/2 coming from flax seed oil)
Saturday
approximately 3000 calories
approximately 200g protein
approximately 400g carbs
pretty low fat
