critique my diet

Currently i'm cutting. i'm trying to go as low on carbs as i can, with keeping my protein around 200g.
i'm 5'9 185, i'm guessing around 16-17% body fat. i'm a pretty serious lifter with close 5 years training under my belt.

Please comment. thanks

This is split between about 6 meals.

8 ounce steak
4 whole eggs
cup of vegtables
4 serving of whey protein... 1.5g carbs 22g of protein per serving
chicken breast
a couple ounces of marble cheese.
 
is this a keto diet? whoooop:(

sounds good if you wanna go the keto way. I would add some refeed days though they make me feel a lot better and seem to help.

A refeed day is just a day where you get in a normal amount of carbs again, but make them complex. Anyway par deus should give you the info about refeed days he has this "thing" *cough*obsession*cough*;) with leptin so he'll chime in here i guess.

Also i try not to just rely on my diet when cuttting some do i know but i like some cardio in there when i cut, em mayb like is not the right word, i order myself would be better :p
 
i did cardio for the first time during my cutting hahaha

20mins burned 221cals did at 2:30pm 2laters after i had my CC/PROTEIN SHAKE

cardio sucks!!!! RELY ON THE DIET,DIET IS EVERYTHING:)
 
I hate cardio too, but i'm going to be doing it in the mornings, about three four times a week,

I will have a carb up day once every seven days.
